New photo gallery and weather link!

I have configured the site to have a newer and more modern photo gallery called Flickr. You can see the most recent sets on the left, or click the "View photos" link at the top left. I also enabled the NOAA forecast for the flying field on the right side. Click to open it and then click the graphs to get numerical values. The major core software of the website was also updated so let me know if you see any issues. Enjoy!
